Movie trailer for the 1962 film Jacktown starring Richard Meade and Patty McCormack. It tells the story of of a young man sentenced to serve time at Southern Michigan Prison when he's caught making out with an underage car hop. Harassed by his fellow inmates, the warden offers him a job caring for his garden. He then falls in love with the warden's daughter. The film was shot on location in Michigan at Jacktown, then the world's largest prison and site of a huge prison riot in 1952.
