Classic clip from the film A Face in the Crowd. Andy Griffith, in his film debut, plays a country boy is who is manipulative and power-hungry, a drifter who becomes a television host and uses his show as a gateway to political power. Many parallels can be seen from this film and several of today's top talk radio personalities.
