Movie trailer for the 1972 mystery film Sleuth starring Laurence Olivier and Michael Caine. It tells the story of Andrew Wyke (Olivier), a best-selling author, who invites his wife's lover Milo Tindle (Caine) to his house. Wyke reveals that he is glad to be rid of his wife but wants to avoid a huge alimony payout. He then devises a plot to stage a robbery resulting in a big insurance payment for him and leaving Tindle and his wife financially secure. The problem is that neither man likes the other and a series of deceptive games ensue.
