Dancing Lady is a 1933 musical film starring Joan Crawford and Clark Gable, and featuring Franchot Tone. It is also the screen debut of dancer Fred Astaire, who appears as himself. In this scene, Janie Barlow (Joan Crawford) sprained her leg while dancing and Patch Gallagher (Clark Gable) comes to the rescue. He then tries to talk her out of marrying rich guy Tod Newton (Franchot Tone).
