Sister Rosetta Tharpe - Didn't It Rain (1964)

This video is part of the innovative musical titled Blues and Gospel Train performed on a real railroad track with the audience one side of the tracks and the musicians on the station side. It features the hugely talented Sister Rosetta Thorpe singing Didn't It Rain. This was filmed at Chorltonville railway station in Manchester, North West England. Other performers included Muddy Waters, Cousin Joe Pleasant, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee.

As a side note, it is actually raining in this video. You can hear the thunder crack at 2:46.
