Key Largo- Movie Trailer (1948)

Movie trailer for the 1948 film noir Key Largo starring Humphrey Bogart, Edward G. Robinson and Lauren Bacall. It tells the story of Frank McCloud who travels to a run-down hotel on Key Largo to honor the memory of a friend who was in his unit during World War II. His friend's widow, Nora Temple, and father, James Temple manage the hotel, but the three of them soon find themselves virtual prisoners when the hotel is taken over by a mob of gangsters. This film was the fourth and final film pairing of married actors Bogart and Bacall, after To Have and Have Not (1944), The Big Sleep (1946), and Dark Passage (1947).

It tells the story of recently released thief Roy Earle (Bogart) who is hired by his old boss Big Mac to help a group of criminals plan and carry out the robbery of a California resort. The film was noted for its extensive location shooting. It was released on January 21, 1941.

Dark Passage starred Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall and was the third of four films real-life couple Bacall and Bogart made together.

Bugs Bunny- Slick Hare (1947)

"Slick Hare" is a 1947 Merrie Melodies Bugs Bunny cartoon, directed by Friz Freleng. It parodies the Mocambo nightclub in Los Angeles which is referred to as "The Mocrumbo". Mel Blanc voices Bugs and an impression of Humphrey Bogart, while Arthur Q. Bryan voices Elmer Fudd.

The cartoon opens with various shots of 1940s celebrities dining and drinking at the Mocrumbo club including such personalities as Frank Sinatra and Ray Milland (in a parody of The Lost Weekend, he pays for his drink with a typewriter and receives miniature typewriters as change). Fudd is a waiter at the Mocrumbo and comes out to find that his next customer is Humphrey Bogart.
