Strange Change Machine- Mattel Commercial

Vintage commercial for the Strange Change Machine, a Mattel toy from the late 1960s. The toy contained plastic figures of prehistoric animals and science fiction-like creatures that could be reconstituted from compressed "time capsule" form, and re-compressed back into that form.

Pencil Chompers Commercial (1970s)

Funny commercial for the Hasbro Pencil Chomper. Per an advertisement from 1977, these "adorable little critters really take the ho-hum out of pencil sharpening". You could choose between Albert Alligator, Homer Hound Dog, and Leroy Lion. Of course they could be found "wherever toys are sold".

Duncan Junior Yo-Yo Post Cereal Commercial

This classic commercial advertises a free Duncan Junior Yo-Yo that is inside specially marked boxes of Post Grape-Nuts Flakes and Sugar Crisp Cereal. The announcer states that the yo-yos come in four different colors and are about the size of a fifty cent piece. This spot ran in the 1950s.
